I've always thought about RE butt, i finally decided to look into it hard and make a change, i've been married for 28 yrs and had a trucking business for 23 yrs. i would like the investment idea but dont have the money to do it.  

On average these (ie, you if you're in my market) are better clients than what realtors send my way.Spamming everyone is the alternative model.

I would focus any 'alternative' investments on notes and syndications of the very trustworthy variety.

Don't rototill the leach field and don't let big trucks drive on your tank unless it is rated as a drive on tank. 

You may also have a seasoning problem.If getting a loan from a regular mortgage broker or bank does not work or you need money faster an alternative is to get a loan from a private lender or a hard money lender like my company.

So I started to think about "Creative financing and alternatives" I came up with two possible options:1.
