If there are any specific topics you are interested in, you can search the forums and find just about any answers to questions that you might have.

Alternatively, the idea of finding high network individuals to invest as equity partners also is perplexing.

One idea is to offer to pay 50% of the cost b/c it does affect the marketability of my property.

I just don't love the idea of paying interest on something that goes down in value.
