These guys carry "twos and threes" and they can range from out of square to colors don't match to uneven tile.  

Steve and Bob, the pa, came out to my property, looked at my policy, went over all the damages with a fine tooth comb, did some magic [or it seemed like it] and within a few weeks, the insurance company sent me a check for $9k more.

He should be able to provide some good color on specific streets and what you can expect.

The current technology uses infra-red signals like a tv remote, but some of the new ones are using blue tooth.  

Here are the After pics...We always like for buyers to see 2-3 colors when they walk into THEIR new home...Gotta love Granite & Travertine (My contractor re-stained the cabinets for $450 or so!)

@Elizabeth Colegrove I commend you for being willing to color outside the lines, so to speak. 

After beating them up about Code Liens, broken fence, house is bad color to sell, and dog poo in the yard, just ask what they would be willing to accept.  

I liked the color and it was easy to apply;however, I was disappointed in the coverage as the aged wood really drew in the stain.In both cases I used a brush to apply the stain, which was quite a lot of work.Best of luck!

I'll post more pictures once the cabinets are in and once the bathroom is further along.Any ideas on counter top color?
