Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you guys know about a company I used to get me more money on my rental property insurance settlement. An extra $9,000 to be exact.

Not a lot of people investors know about this trade, and I didn't until either until a fellow real estate investor told me about them.

The roof started leaking on my rental property so I called my insurance company to come out. They offered me $7,000 for repairs. As a [somewhat] experienced rehabber, I knew it was going to cost more than that, so I called a buddy of mine to ask him what to do. He recommended to use a public adjuster. Steve and Bob, the pa, came out to my property, looked at my policy, went over all the damages with a fine tooth comb, did some magic [or it seemed like it] and within a few weeks, the insurance company sent me a check for $9k more.

Here is their contact information if your interested:

Ask for Steve or Bob

Just paying it forward.
