Quick tip for the newbies (newer than me at least haha) Market yourself!!!

I've been looking through the forums in the mobile app.

subscribe to Property Radar hands down best app to find these things.although in that area trying to buy one property is probably a complete waste of timethe guys and gals that do it for a living will eat your lunch... if you are successful and buy one it will be near full retail if not more.. go to the sales and watch them for a month or two and you will see how it works.

My purpose is two-fold: 1) to help me keep organized and have a reference manual that I can look back on, add to and tweak as needed 2) provide instructions for every task that I could possibly outsource/hire out down the road so that I can scale and grow my business.Any stories, tips or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  

I'm sure I'll be posting for some tips here soon, but I just wanted to share the excitement!

I'd like to start the process with some tips if you guys might share any.

Great tips @Michele Fischer@Megan Aldridge I would do upfront Pet Fee and Pet Deposit.Instead of $25/mo charge $300 upfront pet fee.

Call it the very tip top of the iceberg.
