I suspect the average unit is likely over $200K.The shocking thing is no one I know in RE has any clue to how many units this family owns and I go to meet ups, deal with some of the more known brokers in town, etc.

Many of these companies will threaten legal tactics if they suspect (or see) anything negative written about them...I've even read here about one or two of them requiring members to sign agreements say they won't say anything negative or will incur a fine.
