I think you had talked about this and how you were retiring those style loans.. 

We are planning to install an electric (flameless) fireplace and frame it out, then tile with Mid Century Modern style tile.I'm curious if anyone has experience with this type of ductless fireplace.

There are multiple other complexes of similar style going up right now within a very small radius.

@Derek Askew Weekly rentals I have looked  at for a family member in MA have a  1 week to 1 month security deposit.   1 week on the traditional rooming house style rental.   

Depending on the location (i.e. prevailing winds) and roof style, you may need to have the roof shovelled in high snow years ... or in those wild winters where you received rain after 5-6' of snow are down.When rehabbing a building in an environment with *real* and prolonged winter, it pays to focus on air sealing and increasing the insulation of the building envelope.

The most common portfolio style loan in Texas is a 20 year adjustable rate loan.

Most commercial style loans will require a 680 score too.
