Quite stressful but I’m pushing through.

The daughter has become financially stressed out with the home; the home has drained her rainy day fund throughout the years due to paying for both mortgages.

Before, yeeah I had the cash flow, but I needed it for beer and ulcer treatment due to the stress. 

Instead it’s stressful.

I am especially trying to be mindful of the current pandemic stress.

Funny thing u said pay myself first, I just finished reading “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and he stressed that in the book!

The interest was nonstop, but mainly tire kickers and I was getting a bit frustrated and stressed as we got closer to the leases expiring.

Occasionally for kicks and to push my button he would let someone in, then he would be floating on a raft in the backyard pool totally naked and the house would be full of fast food left to rot on the counters, dirty laundry all over the floors, etc.The few people who did get to see it assumed that there was a major problem with the master bath. 

I think professional sales executives are excellent at time management, stress management, and many other "soft" skills.
