I meet people that come to the refinery for their pre-employment drug screen. 

This Marriott is actually right across the street from where I work!

And you have to back the truck right up to the front door.. if you leave your truck exposed to the street you will get stuff stolen.. just like condenser units etc.. a vacant house in many of these areas will get stripped pretty quickly if just left alone. 

Perhaps I should offer to have them sleep on the street until we fix the leak.The other pain in the A for me is getting the Board to do the work.

we had a version of that out west.. but it was not offered to anyone off the street you had to be a premier client in the private banking system..

And yes there are many gurus out there who only make money for themselves...And yes, purchasing short-term rentals doesn’t require any special licensure, so you could certainly learn “on the street“…But will you?
