Hello, I've been spending some time reading in this forum and decided its time to ask a question.

Yeah, I've got my paper.So, I got my data all set by the beginning of this week, and I've been spending the rest of the week getting my first 80 yellow letters formatted, printed, stuffed, stamped and posted yesterday (those out-of-staters I was talking about) and my first 360 mass-mailed postcards printed and aimed at my first target neighborhood today.

With the little money I do have to commit to my small marketing campaigns I have come to a little bit of a fork in the road, I have come to the conclusion that maybe if I first focus on paying off all of my debts that I can actually have more focus in the future on my real estate investing/ wholesailing when I actually have the cashola to spend.

Does anyone have a simple excel program that I can track spending and reciepts while I am rehabbing?

The association included $50,000 annually for attorney fees and used that much or more every year primarily suing fellow owners for stupid things.In all of my familiy's history, after all the real estate developments, tranactions and tax planning, we have never collectively come close to spending $50,000 spanning more than 90 years.
