I guess I'm looking to BP for few words of encouragement!

The proposed format will be as follows: 1.Welcome and property walk-thru: You are encouraged to conduct an informal room-by-room walk-thru and to check out the house 2.Education – Review how the property was located, financed, renovated, marketed and sold or rented.

I actually believe I am somewhat to blame for encouraging this behavior.

I would encourage you to look into this and consider using the space if you can add additional value. e.g. you may look to provide a proof of credibility in some way, e.g. a small quote from a previous happy client of yours. 

So shout out to BP and its members for their testimonies and encouragement, to hang in their, as well as Grant Cardone and for the 10x mindset. 

But, I'd encourage you to think about getting familiar with the market that you a) want to spend the next 40+ years IN, and b) that you think has the best prospects.

Shouldn't they be paid more for renewals than new leases to encourage the placement of quality tenants?

However, I'd encourage you to be open about your market and focus on finding the right provider for your needs and goals.

I've already visited real estate investor workshops in my local area and meet some people who has been encouraging me in the right direction.
