Absolutely no one commented that we put in upgraded windows.  

I have Windows 7 someting on a notebook, don't know if the problems are at my end or at BP.

My boss is an architect and he signed the drawings I stayed up all night fretting over so that we didn't need to pay an architect or engineer, my parents let us stay with them when the construction schedule flew out the window, and our HUD consultant was always a phone call away when we had a question. 

Almost everything is new: roof, hvac,electrical,plumbing,windows,bath and kitchen.

, but they can come in around the sill, openings in the siding, door & window frames, down the chimney, soffit, around the utilities/mechanicals as they enter the house, etc. etc. 

I am planning on installing black louvered shutters on the three front windows.

Then slide a plate with a stop on one end and a hole on he other end ND place a lock in the hole.

I would check electrical and Plumbing, roof and windows.

I don't like to see dirty tenants get off scot free.If the tenant made a good effort to clean and all that is left is deep in the corners and the window tracks, I usually don't bill them for it.

MH doors and windows are sometimes different sizes.
