I have been getting colleague requests.

It has been working fine but today I keep getting this when going to accept.

Page Not Found.

Hey Guys - Looks like we're getting hit with a ton of bugs today. We're aware of this one and are hopefully going to have it fixed right away. Thanks for reporting it, and if anything else funny comes up for you, please let me know about that as well.

This is not a browser-specific issue, everyone is having the problem.
