@Mike Walker I need to get my unit updated, from ripping out the floors to putting in wood floors, painting the walls, molding, changing countertops and cabinets in the kitchen to updating the bathroom.

Last time, we had to have the landscaper come out and re-do all the work as he did such a poor job and actually dumped the trimmings in the woods behind the house even though he charged to haul them away.

Would it be much easier to remove and patch up the sheetrock instead of wood siding?

Needs: New roof; possible foundation work (needs engineers report); possible plumbing work (old copper pipes); possible HVAC (has gas central heat and window ACs, would need central air, but seller may be in the process of updating) complete indoor rehab including floors; counters; light fixtures, refinishing cabinets; painting or otherwise fixing wood paneling.

going to convert the 1/2 bath to a full bath, refinish the wood floors throughout, gut and remodel other full bath and same with Kitchen.

Its all wood frame and needs everything doing but the lot is fantastic, has water views, a workspace, good roof, old growth trees and shade, great rental neighborhood...looks fine.
