Sharing my experience, in my opinion, can help educate other new and experienced investors considering similar investments with ABC Baltimore or having investment discussions with Maverick Investor Group and Hipster Investments.

Additionally, I prioritize Integrity, Community, and Lifelong Learning.

Whereas if you were doing strictly investment sales of multifamily it might be difficult to break into industrial brokers communities later on to dig up deals. 

Question: Can you just put the money together and have them share the first mortgage?

Sharing options with tax implications in mind, of course there are other near term goals that could dictate another approach, but having options is always nice. 

There is a very good chance you will never see a dime of it, but at least it will sit on their credit report and prevent them from scamming someone else or getting a loan.I'm not allowed to share who I use in the public forum, but you can contact me privately.
