In his numbers the liability insurance seems really low (like $500/year), I know the park owner owns his own insurance company so I'm wondering how skewed that number is.

I'm a MD resident work remotely for a company in New York city. part of my tax is witheld for NY state.i did a research and seems that I can't get these refund because there's no treaty between NY and MD, treaty exist between NY and NJ,PA, not MD.is this really the case and I have to pay tax to both NY and MD state?

I’ve had some great tenants that have done it and seem like they want to stay for years/decades.

I will track properties up until they are pending sale on Zillow, Redfin, etc, but I can never seem to find what the property actually closed for.

The total taxes for the property I bid on was $458, and due to a counter bid I ended up paying $1100.I’m trying to figure out where to go from here since from my researching it seems the sale is likely void.

If they seem fine, and the terms are alright with you, then ride it out. 

The yearly inspections seem nice because you can apply for higher a rent amount with tenants from what I have read. 

However, looking at the numbers, seems like the only strategy that has any chance of working here.
