Hi Travis, it seems like rentals have been working out well for you, and that you already have the experience and know what you're looking for in a rental.

Seems suspect that they claim they will have the tenants out when they are still inside.

@Brett Dudley It seems to me that the poster has asked two consecutive questions about how the tax rules are affected by the short term (7 days or less - ie his reference to airbnb) and long term (31 days or more).

Dalmore seems to be one of the only (or very few) companies which have a platform developed which provides the seller a front end website designed for fractional real estate while having a backend for Dalmore to process transactions. 

There seem to be hefty fees associated with that.

With how much the Raleigh area is growing it seems like there is endless opportunity down there but I have struggled to get traction due to my lack of industry experience and local network.I would love to talk with anyone who would be willing to offer advice or lend a hand in any way. 

I’m just wondering how people seem to be supporting themselves by RE Alone in this environment.  

Now I'm fairly new to wholesaling so I'm not exactly sure how to go about this process involving homes with mortgages but it doesn't seem like it would be a good deal.

Sometimes it seems as though brokers are not really interested in you unless or until you have your license.

The buyer behavior described by the OP does not seem surprising at all.
