But ultimately, with all that being said, if you're uncomfortable with the advice they're giving you, seek out the advice of other investors/realtors/attorneys/title companies in your area and get a second (or third) opinion. 

You may need to do a forced-move out with the constable once you granted the eviction if the individuals do not vacate.As part of the damage hearing, you will want to seek restitution from any individuals named in the eviction proceeding.
