In the market I'm in (Denver Metro) there is so much competition that you have to not only show your value but sometimes beat out competition which can be extremely difficult when other investors are always willing to offer another thousand on top of your last offer.

I come from a background of a customer service team answering hundreds if not low thousands of emails a day. 

Businesses like Rockwell Automation and now Foxconn are trailblazing a new industry that provides sustainable work for thousands ― provided people have the skills.

For me its peace of mind...would you rather spend $550 now and know for sure and possibly get a discount or potentially spend thousands later to fix something you assumed was OK?  

We have building here the original Quakers built, Besty Ross's house is still standing, and thousands of people walk through Independence Hall (where the Declaration of Independence was created and the Constitution of America debated).  

We've gone out and hired lawyers state by state at great expense, to make sure that the forms meet state-specific concerns and address concerns that we've seen come up across thousands of interactions with landlords over the years. 

I'm not an expert at all in this area, so I'm hoping somebody from the community knows a great way to deal with this that won't cost thousands of dollars?? 

, but there is also tens of thousands of dollars in credit card bills.- Neither of them have had any delinquencies on payments.What I'm going back and forth on, is the delinquencies of tenant A vs. the amount of payments tenant B has to make each month. 

We've sold/bought/leased thousands of parcels in these two counties since we started nearly 30 years ago. 

We were diligent in estimating what needed to be done, but in the end it almost always took longer and more $ than what we budgeted for.We did as much of the work as we could ourselves...and put in thousands of hours.
