Buying the mortgage (debt) is pretty unlikely play.Acquiring the equity of the heirs may be available however I would not go that myself because odds are high their equity will be reduced or eliminated by offsets due to medical card provider's claims for reimbursement.

Items within the lists, called cards, can be dragged and dropped onto other lists or reordered within lists.

If that is the case, that there isn't a lot of equity in the home AND the luxury item will add no market value, then it's purely a luxury item, and probably best not to finance it at all, even if in theory you could just put it in a credit card. 

Use your bank statements and credit card receipts to itemize your true rental income and expenses.

The person signing you up for the $20k education actually usually gets a $10k commission and I have seen them telling people to put it on credit cards.  

I only have 2 hours of free time on work days, and most of that time is spent making my lunch, showering, and getting to work.I have no credit card debt, no loans, no student debt.
