What many "private lenders" don't know is they cannot charge points on a real estate loan, pre-paid interest is restricted to registered lenders such as HMLs in the business and institutional lenders/mortgage brokers.

I've noticed that the nicer the areas you will come across several issues: restrictive parking, nosey neighbors who call the city on you, code enforcement that prowl for tacky things but will find what you're doing eventually, etc.
