Hi,

I just found the forum and it looks like a great resource.

I currently manage my own nightly rental in the ski resort town of Whistler, Canada. I also work as a Realtor and focus on investment properties for non-local buyers. Whistler is unique with several different types of restrictive covenants and is currently experiencing record high sales with record low inventory right now.
