I'm leery of CL, not reliable, scams of all kinds, you'll likely find chains and illegal brokers.You need to do your due diligence on brokers as well, if you're dealing directly with a note holder, that always best, brokers can pass of almost anything, you also didn't mention buying with recourse, at least limited recourse.
