Copy of renter insurance - is it a best practice or a mostly required item?

I own a three-unit in Chicago which has strict regulations about accepting security deposits therefore I've recently started doing non-refundable move-in fees as most landlords do here.

To practice real estate sales in any given location you have to be licensed in that state. 

If you have one that practices real estate law and works with a lot of investors, this should be something he has a form for and won't charge you too much.

One did, I said due to a banking regulation I can't offer rent credit anymore so I reflect a great deal in the selling price.Since you are asking, sounds like you need more LO/WLO/SLO education. 

Junk fees like these will only invite heavier regulation at the state and federal level.
