Chase slate, Barclay arrival, Citi thank you....Those are a few off the top of my head that I know will do direct deposits into a bank account at the promotional rate.

Promote it here, put it on Facebook, tell everyone you know, invite Realtors/Contractors/Bankers and make sure they are bringing people in as well.

I also just heard a great interview with John Schaub, and he actively promoted this strategy early on in his single family investing.

But keep in mind it is not nearly as easy as those promoting courses, books or seminars would make you believe.

I don't believe there really are turnkey companies in Canada (who actually sell turnkeys, versus the promoters of turnkey companies).

Dan Green I know it's gonna sound like promotions and so many people talk about the book but seriously go the the marketplace and buy the book on estimating rehab costs.

I was promoted about a year later to a coordinator position and when said accountant retired, I was given the accounting position.  

As far as I know, there is no "0.5% Rule" being promoted ANYWHERE for investors!

I'd like to see this be an ongoing feature as well.Also, this is not to be a promotional opportunity, it's to have questions answered and see how things happen on the front lines.
