Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

That is why people in large part want to meet with a professional.

Luxely is geared toward social media content and strategy, mostly from an RE professional (realtor, mlo, etc) perspective.

And that’s too bad, because the concept can lend “clarity of purpose” for many investors.Often, we in the real estate arena, get caught up in our real estate “business”, with an emphasis on “cash flow” or “spendable” income, the professional investors equivalent to salary for the wage earner  and met income to the small business owner.  

The courses you see hawked online worked 5 years ago almost anywhere but that has changed due to saturation and regulations that are now in place or coming soon. 

“Real estate professional” status has no effect on this.

So question for you professional folks in NNN space, what do you do to grab this opportunity ?

Of course, these lenders have a different risk/reward structure than the owner financing seller who has a “built in” $50k gain.The part I don’t like about doing a wrap is the personal liability the seller maintains for the underlying loan while not having control of the assets securing the loan.  

So many GURU's out there  make it sounds like its so easy to make seven figure income just to sell their course.
