I've had appraisals come in lower than contracts before, but never out of line from what I predicted before the contract began.

Once some of the supply has exited the market my prediction is that RevPal will go back up.

It's challenging but my prediction is that as soon as rates drop which has caused demand to artificially lower, demand will go crazy again and so will prices.

The initial set up can be quite intensive but once filled, are a predictable source of cash flow.

In the Oct 20, 2023 BP Money Show, Mindy and Scott did a good job of warning listeners about relying on predictions of mortgage rates dropping back down anytime soon.

My prediction, which is worth exactly what it cost, is the same that it has been for the past year+ when they started raising rates.

They're going to cooperate 0% is my prediction.

I'm a full time wholesaler and here are my 2 cents.I am currently spending about $20,000 a month in marketing - spending this amount of money positions me to run a more predictable business (although nothing is guaranteed in any business.) 

This is not a market I study but predicting real estate based on a small segment or time period I would recommend against.

give me the zip code + home configuration .... and I would predict the home value in 5 years ... usually my calculation is dead accurate better than Zillow estimate LOL :)
