Roofing has had the greatest variable of any trade in my experience; more than plumbing, electrical, or painting.

Plumbing is definitely hard!

Property is down to the studs, with no wiring or plumbing.

He did his best to soundproof between floors: actually did a ton of work with double layers of sheet rock, tons of insulation and even added a drop ceiling but the problem is that soundproofing is only as good as the weakest point so even if there’s one area you can’t get to with insulation, or a hole for electrical wires, plumbing, mouse hole etc the sound will come right through that weak spot.

Some light plumbing work was needed as well as pouring concrete in the backyard to slope the water away from the foundation.

I never had problems with the plumbing.
