I hope they improve but I am considering other options if they don't.Another note; they are always very friendly on the phone.

We've used Trulia, Zillow, Hotpads, Postlets, and Craigslist to post the ad, and we follow up with My Smart Move .com for the screening process.Is there a better site/method to your success?

Try doing a search on Facebook of your phone number?

I got suckered in by a phone call when I was told that my property would be seasoned tomorrow (6 months).
