We then moved the borrower to another channel that allows a variance AND an appraisal transfer, so they did not have to pay for another appraisal.

. $600/yr in taxes seems like a low amount for a developer to not want to pay in order to acquire an extra plot of land that would enhance their space lol. 

Also, is there a clause or addendum you use addressing the possibility of the property not appraising for enough when your buyer goes to refi to pay off a balloon and how the parties will continue?

hello every one 😎  am new for this  but i listen real-estate rookie so i need some help here so i bought a single family house in 2019 in Massachusetts and now i want to buy a 4 family so around Boston   to buy a four family house is between 900.000-1.1m and i wanted to do a house hacking so i got 2 options to do take a HELOC for a 3.5 down payments and show for the Leander i have at lest 3 month reserve or pay 20% down at this point i don't know what to do   

However - my job is very high paying so I will look to build savings and start making my first purchases.  

So 2 points runs an extra grand or so on the mortgage, which is a lot of money to people in that price range. 

We're under contract on a SFH in Indianapolis and are paying all cash.  

You want to keep paying cheap rent but get an A-class rental in exchange.

I was thinking I'd give him an extra $1000 cash when we're all refinanced.
