State Senate Approves Returning Bruce's Beach Property to Descendants.

@Frank CosgraveHi Frank, I live in Chicago but recently started doing STR in an NW Indiana beach community.

So I recently started looking at properties in the Daytona beach area mainly because I have family that is moving there from California.

The home is located on the intercoastal waterway with views of the sound and  it's a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach access.I'm not sure that I'm getting the most revenue out of the property with property manager I'm currently using working with.

Is anyone using a property management company in Long Beach that you are very happy with?

It’s a block from the beach and can be rented as a vacation rental even, but I don’t want to do that.

Global recognition, weather, close to beaches, major airport(rental cars), easily accessible to drive to for much of U.S., still affordable, real estate friendly for investors, within a couple of hours of 3 major cruise ship hubs and on and on!

Part of the reason is that COVID presented an obstacle that we weren't able to vacation at the beach and the opportunity to overcome.

Another one that meets at hooters in Johns Pass in Madeira beach every third Thursday.

The only thing they can't replicate is the beach and the weather.
