Vacation Rental Property Manager

I'm looking for recommendations for a company to manage my vacation rental property in the Wilmington, NC area. The rental is an entire singe-family home with 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms. The home is located on the intercoastal waterway with views of the sound and 
it's a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach access.

I'm not sure that I'm getting the most revenue out of the property with property manager I'm currently using working with.

I'm fairly new to the vacation rental industry so any Property Management Company recommendations would be helpful as well as any other
insights on vacation rental ownership.
