I am a 24 year old graduate of LMU and just moved back here from Los Angeles. 

So I have a question I’m trying to buy like 10 three or four family homes there is a bunch for sale in my area the old ones that are 100 years old usually cost about 150,000 for a three family newer ones probably cost like 250,000 in the long run for the most passive income would you guys recommend me by the new were ones I’m trying to hold onto these for a long time

@Frankie Torres its the old "Don't do what I do, do what I say thing" :-).

A title search checks past leins, judgements, deeds, mortgages, etc and ensures there isn’t any old mortgage still claiming ownership of a property.

Even when inventory was much higher I was looking for single story, 3 car garage, pool house in gated community, less than 15 years old.

The old policy was better IMO for the regions, such as Lehigh Valley, that are further from the DIG main meeting - that old policy allowed those new to DIG to get a sample of the meetings they would be more likely to regularly attend.

There is still a portion of the world who doesn't use the internet (And I mean people who pay big money in rent).
