@Alexander Phan agree with the fasterpermits referral.lots of things hang you up in PDX and Mult co.I literally built 30 new homes in Canby OR  quicker than I got remodel permits on 2 homes in PDX.I have left  PDX and their totally difunctional city services never to return.

If the tenant got pissed off and paid a hundred and fifty bucks in court costs to file and bring that before our local district magistrate, the tenant would win a judgment against me, get his court costs back, and the magistrate would always remember me unkindly as a trifling skinflint who apparently expected his tenant not to hang anything to cover his windows.
