I have seen some distressed properties in a near by state that going for some good low ball prices in good family residential areas.

This seems ideal because I could work nearby at a skydiving facility for half the the year, rent the top unit to a reliable co worker, and I could live in the second bedroom during the working months.

I hear great things about Columbus, and the more I think about it the more I am open to other options in nearby areas, too, not necessarily even Ohio.However, with opportunities in the Midwest, I’m open to to exploring what other options there are through the neighboring cities as well.

I'm trying to understand the Kent, WA area, nearby the Kent Station Shopping Mall.

It's hard to do any compatibles near by as well as there is just a couple of hotels where I guess the sqft is around 250sqft, and individual cabins which are also in quite bad shape and quite small themselves.

We are looking to do an STR in the Crestline area or nearby areas (Lake Arrowhead and Twin Peaks).

The land is located of a busy business highway, and there's business that sells RV's, an RV park, and a self storage unit that has additional spaces for RV parking near by.
