If we were not in the middle of our personal moving (which as you can imagine adds a lot of stress and financial restraints), I am rather handy and would have painted the house myself, clean myself, and only bring a carpet guy to replace the carpet.

For instance carpet needing to be replaced...if the carpet is new it is damage, if it is say 5 years old, it is normal wear and tear.

Looks good on the outside but inside it's a MAJOR fixer-upper; slanted floors, ruined carpet, former tenants evicted and likely trashed the place before they left (it's disgusting).
