I am looking for a mentor in my current market - this is my current main goal (other than finding a deal) so I can learn from them and maybe even do deals together so I can build a little capitol to do it myself.

if anyone is interested.They hold free events in a city (in my case Irvine) but they claim they don't sell education, coaching, mentoring, software or more seminars.

I have a guy who responded to my ad who said that he would like to be my Real Estate Mentor.

I have had multiple people reach out to me in the Kansas City market to help mentor, offer deals, ask for bids from my business which caters to rehabs for  investors.

I am looking for any and all advice as well as contacts and even a mentor who would help be successfully begin my real estate career
