I have already  had a tremendous experience on here. I have had multiple people reach out to me in the Kansas City market to help mentor, offer deals, ask for bids from my business which caters to rehabs for  investors. I have watched 3 pod cast.... 3 hours of my life and I already am ready to try to do some test evaluations. I am honestly starting to be obsessed with this platform. Thanks guys!!!
