I guess sarcasm can’t be detected well by the algorithms.I have been lucky so far (I am still newerish at this) to not make any horrendous mistakes so far but my favorite was last year I paid 900Bucks to an attorney to make my single member llc.

I have a couple exterior cameras that have zoom and motion detection.

To find a list of hard money lenders go to the menu tab on BP, marketplace, hard money lenders, then choose your state. 

I thought about going all in on Black Friday to scoop some deals but I think I'll just have to search FB marketplace for some good deals when the time comes to list the property on Airbnb.

Some are subjective, so those are for you to be a good detective on figure out.

Facebook marketplace always worked best for me.

plus her post was just flat out an advertisement for her company I am surprised the MODS did not move it to the market place.. there is nothing wrong with touting the market you like Chamber of commerce do this in every city.having started my OOS HML career in Detroit circa 2001 and doing over 200 deals there I do have some experience in the market place..
