This is actually a great question for wholesalers that I haven't seen a lot of discussion about on BP.As a realtor and investor, I'd normally say get the contract to the title agency immediately, so they can start the title search and other paperwork.

I'll for sure check out that agency.  

These are the agencies that are actively seeking new companies and they provide tax incentives for them to open offices.

Hello Matt - I think I can help with the credit piece as I work for a national credit reporting agency.

He's looking for management agencies to keep up with it for him while he's gone.I've heard there are just so many bad management companies; with that being said, what should he look for in a good one?

I am new to real estate and now in the process of following-up leads for some great entry-level positions with respect to analysis, agencies, commercial real estate, data-entry, legal and property management.I have a resume to send to employers, but I don’t feel that it is catered for a real estate position. 

I was hoping some folks on BP may work in marketing as part of their day gig or run small agencies.  

I wonder if using listing agent as my buyer's agent (dual agency) would give her some incentive to present my offer to the bank?
