I have built teams in others markets like Memphis, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, Huntsville but haven't invested there. 

Cheap open shelving in the kitchen looks like you couldn’t afford another cabinet. ( there is a way to rock that style correctly).5.

I am unfamiliar with Washington real estate laws and local customs.I'm thinking out loud here and I am trying to consider a transfer where your brother would "not have selling rights."

Does anyone know if any Real Estate Investment clubs in or near Rock Hill SC?

Abatement just came back at 28k after taxes, plus the cost to put rock, insulation, mud, texture etc back up.

@Ryan Rock I live in So Cal and most mobile homes on land do not sell for $275k, where are you looking to do this, it sounds very risky and capital intensive to me. 

And I also spent about $10k more in other miscellaneous upgrades and things such as concrete driveway, river rock landscaping, etc.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).
