I have Loss of Income coverage, but if the length of time it takes to infill the park is 2 or 3 years (or more), then that Loss of Income coverage won't help past 1 year.

At 500+ square feet, separate bedroom and living area, full size kitchen, automated processes and an electronic guest/resident communication, office only open during regular business hours, much smaller staff, and long average length of stay, it's unlike extended stay hotels which have much smaller rooms, no or limited separate bedroom, no full size kitchen, open 24/7, bloated staff, much lower length of stay, and high opex ratio (which is a big distinction). 

I'm installing a recessed light under the handrail of my staircase.I had a chat with my electrician about this last week and to him it seemed pretty straight forward.Going off of memory, we are going to take a strip of LED lighting that will run the length of the handrail, run a wire from the strip light through the wall and to a cabinet which will house a transformer, then from that transformer another wire will run to a switch that will be able to turn the lights on and off.This is the same way that under cabinet lighting works.
