It seems to have a burning smell when I turn it on.

I opted for an umbrella policy to cover everything from the place burning down, to one of my tenants relatives tripping and falling on the sidewalk, and attempting to sue me for it haha.Hope this helps!

However because this qualifies as luxury property pricing is far less consistent and any particular buyer could assign more value to it because they like it and have money to burn.

So if you are watching this feed on HD for more than a few seconds here and there you would burn through a 2GB plan relatively quickly.

The reports always make it sound like everything's going to burn because there's a missing junction box in the attic, and you need a new conduit on the hot water heater (both issues I always run into). 

The property prior to burning down had an old pair of washer and dryers from the previous owners i bought it from, i just left them in when i rented it out and only ever had to have the dryer serviced over a 5 year period of renting it out. 

It's incredibly important to safe-guard your interests to prevent you from being burned at any point.

We also are continuing to burn off concessions, down from $250k this last year to $100k this year, with the plan to reduce them down entirely at some point (although we didn't in our underwriting).
