The grass is no greener on the other side of the fence, it is just a different shade of green and you need to climb one heck of a big fence in order to get there, and then once you are far away from home invite the wolves hiding in the tall grass on the other side to come out and show you what shade it is.

I have a log cabin and people love the feel and atmosphere.

I would like to invite fellow investors and real estate experts to compare and contrast investing in Austin (TX) "Nor&wesburbs" (Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander, Cedar Park) vs.

.- make sure everything is well lit and inviting, consider staging for the appointment.- offer water or a snack (doubt it has much help but it doesn't hurt)- ask about their profession, stroke their ego a little by asking questions non stop and helping.
