If my occupancy ever drops below 85% and I no longer get continuous 5 star reviews, at that point in time I will do a sanity check and see if I am in a disconnect with my guests and make adjustments as necessary, until then business as usual.

At this point in time I personally would not do that unless you have not only multiple years of living expenses in the bank but the needed capital to keep your flipping business going you dont want to run out of your reserves and investing capital paying for your living expenses is my personal opinion.
