Do you have enough time in these that you can show consistent trends in expenses and vacancy rates? 

I’m now at a point where I feel ready to start investing in real estate.

I’ve made it clear that I need reasonable notice, but the agent has flat-out told me that I don’t get to choose or consent to the times.

I have contacted them multiple times about the performance with little to no change.

I have a property in Jackson Michigan under seller financing it was my first time taking this route.

I've found a reputable builder who quoted $110K to rehab the burnt house, including expanding it to 1,200 sqft.

I’ll need to set up a trust after renting it out I think (losing time at this point).

My credit is still very strong and I would refinance and keep it within an LLC.Would appreciate any insight or help as it has been a very stressful time and I am looking to move quick on refinancing.

I am starting out later in life (age 50) and looking to have some passive cash flow and hoping for appreciation over time.
