I have set up a new lease agreement, arranged payment via Cozy and lined up local contacts for a handyperson, HVAC, plumbing, elec etc. but I am curious as to how to find services to go out and do quarterly/ biannual interior inspections and/or key turn over.

@Tim James R. and @Patrick Booth I just went to a great meetup last week that was hosted by Melissa Gittens.

The letter basically said she was a great tenant, if he (the landlord) didn't need to move back into the house himself she wouldn't even be leaving (the landlord was a military member who was getting out of the service), and if given the opportunity he would rent to her again without hesitation.

This is sure to happen.What is needed is a quality white label service at a decent price point that is coupled with lead generation and legal support. 

Given that fact I am building a duplex, only one potable water meter will be servicing the property.
