Hi, i just have a quick question does anyone in the grand rapids area know of any real estate attorney and or CPA, and if so that does a great job but can still work well with someone like myself just starting out in real estate.

I'm in Grand Forks but looking in Fargo since GF market is way overpriced or almost all University students.

I am in Grand Forks, and am planning on becoming active in Grand Forks, and Fargo.

If I had a portfolio of rental property in other areas I would probably consider investing in some boomtown rental property.Fargo and Grand Forks, on the other hand, are doing very well while being much less levered to oil (although there is plenty of that).
