This week, as seen on the BiggerPockets News Page, FannieMae and FreddieMac (the large government entities that back a majority of U.S. mortgages) announced that they will halt the foreclosure process for the mortgages they currently own, as well as halting the eviction process for tenants who live in the properties they have taken back.

I don't know that I can actually "prove" that, except for an estimate from a General Contractor, and I researched Section 8, and printed a blank Inspection sheet, so I could share with the Contractor what i was looking for in a rehab.
