I've found an option as follows:enter "market cap rates dallas" (or whatever city) into Google and will likely append / autofill "apartment loan store" in the search field and take you to this page:  https://apartmentloanstore.com...Apparently it doesn't necessarily have a large number of cities, but a number of metros
